Symptom Control
As part of hospice care, a team will look at how cancer or disease affects your loved one to help alleviate symptoms, pain, and stress. We are there to make sure your loved one is as comfortable as possible so they can be present and enjoy the last stage of their life.
Coordination of Care
The hospice team supervises care 24/7 and will coordinate care with the staff here at Spring Ridge Assisted Living. There will always be someone at your side to help you, day or night. Hospice care assures that you are never alone and will be your advocate for anything you need.
Family Meetings
Family is an integral part of this journey. Meetings will be regularly scheduled with the family to keep everyone together and updated on progress. This is a great time to support your loved ones as they approach the end of their life, think back on fond memories, and make further preparations.
